Awareness

Meditation is a mindful practice which begins to build awareness as to how we think. We can train our brain to be aware of mental habits - perhaps some are good and some bad. By becoming more aware of our mental patterns we are more able to choose how we act and make positive changes that will effect our daily lives.

Confidence

By helping improve one’s sense of self, meditation has been known to help people with their negative feelings of anger and anxiety. It has even been known to temper addictions to such things as drugs, alcohol and toxic relationships.
