Hot Power Yoga not your jam? Try the soothing warmth of our slow Vinyasa Flow class with infrared heat. By calming down we can focus on properly executing each posture, allowing your mind to pay attention to what it “needs” not to what it may “want”. The use of mild Infrared Heat will help gently warm the muscles as you embark on mindful, slow flow that will make you feel safe, secure and strong.

In our all-levels “Mindful Flow” Vinyasa class, you’ll begin with a daily personal intention.  Be it happiness, creativity or healing, select the affirmation that best speaks to you, helping set a positive shift in mood. You’ll then be guided into moderate vinyasa poses and stretches for all levels that build flexibility and provide balance to both your mind and body.

New to yoga and would like to learn the basics?  This class will provide a safe space for you to develop a deeper understanding of what Hatha Yoga is all about.  If you find yourself asking questions like…

  • How do I use these props… blocks, straps, bolsters?

  • Why so many different styles of yoga? Hot or Cool?

  • Why do we keep hearing words like Asana, Namaste and Om? 

These are great questions and this is the class to get all the answers. If you’ve been taking yoga for years, but prefer a slower pace this is also the class for you.  All yogis/yoginis welcome, and we’ll explain that one too!

Looking to improve your balance and stay limber? This class is the perfect blend for those looking to improve balance, stability and flexibility. The Pilates Reformer will be used to help strengthen core muscles which are essential for proper balance and to help prevent falls.
