Autumn Andrella
I started my yoga journey 10 years ago. I was an overworked, completely exhausted wife and mother of three amazing daughters. I had no idea truly what yoga was or how much it was going to impact my life.
It wasn’t long before I felt the pull to take teacher training. About halfway through, I knew I was heading in the right direction and that sharing yoga was in my future. After graduating with my 200-hour certification, I was still hungry for more, so I went on to complete my 300-hour. I am currently an E-RYT 500 and recently took the STOTT.
I love creating a space for yogis to explore, ignite, listen, and respond… to “wake up their inner bad-ass!”
When I’m not teaching, I’m outside with my best friend—Mother Nature—or hanging out with the A-TEAM. I might be a power yogi at heart, but I welcome all yogis to roll out their mat and share the practice with me.
Om shanti.
Caiti Basler
Caiti Basler, AFAA-CGFI, DMA, STOTT PILATES, began her movement journey at age 6 when her parents introduced her to dance! She has continued her dance training into her adult years and became a dance teacher, earning accreditation through Dance Masters of America. Her love of movement brought her to the world of fitness instruction. For over 14 years, Caiti has been committed to bringing fitness classes to bodies of all ages and levels. Holding her AFAA-CGFI certification in Group Fitness, she’s taught a full range of classes from Zumba to barre, aqua to weight lifting and more. She is proudly a Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned instructor and has received specialized training, recognizing that all people deserve the chance to pursue joyful movement, regardless of their physical ability or size. When you take a class with Caiti, you can be assured that you will not hear references to diet culture like “let’s burn off what we ate this weekend”.
Serving as Lead Master Trainer and Director of Education for Zumbini, the early childhood music and movement curriculum developed by Zumba Fitness, she’s traveled the world teaching others how to teach the program. She has appeared in their filmed instructor curriculum, on TV, has taught at Zumba’s Instructor Convention, ZINCON, and was a featured presenter for Parent’s Magazine.
Additionally, Caiti serves as a public speaker and continuing education provider, traveling the country to present material ranging from the body neutrality movement, to the importance of music and movement in early childhood. She also serves as a national adjudicator of dance.
Caiti has received her Pilates certification through STOTT PILATES, often referred to as the “ivy league” of Pilates certifications. She loves working with clients of all ages, from those looking to increase their balance and optimize their gait, to those looking for a physically challenging athletic Pilates class.
In her free time, she hangs out with her husband and favorite person, Brandon, and their dog, Gem.

Movement has always been a huge part of my life. I grew up playing multiple sports and competed in collegiate lacrosse, which sparked my lifelong passion for staying active. Over the years, I’ve also developed a love for yoga, Pilates, and strength training, and I regularly incorporate weightlifting into my routine.
I strongly believe in the power of movement — not just for physical strength, but for mental well-being too. My goal as an instructor is to inspire others to embrace the full journey of being active — from the aches and soreness to the progress and victories. Every part of it matters.
Outside of fitness, I earned my degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Indiana Tech and work full-time as the Office Manager at Dye Plumbing Inc.

For anyone wondering my accent is Russian with a hint of New York.
Grace Foote
Hi I'm Grace!
My yoga journey began in 2019 when a friend invited me to my first Hot Power class. As a former athlete, I had been searching for something to fill the space that organized sports once held in my life — something that would challenge me physically while also allowing me to grow spiritually and emotionally.
From that very first class, I knew I had found it.
What I didn't expect was the depth of connection and community that would come along with it. The friendships, the shared energy, and the sense of belonging became just as meaningful as the practice itself. As I step into my role as a teacher, my hope is to nurture that same sense of connection - to hold space in a way that honors what was given to me and to pay it forward to every student who walks into class.
I earned my RYT-200 in 2023 from Yoga Bliss, originally intending to deepen my personal practice.
But once training began, it became clear that teaching was part of my path. Any hesitation quickly dissolved into passion, and I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be.
Since then, I've continued expanding my movement education. I am recently trained in the STOTT Pilates method for both Reformer and Mat, and l am also Barre Intensity Certified. I love blending strength, precision, and mindful movement into everything | teach.
Outside the studio, I'm happiest staying active, spending time outdoors, and traveling. I love exploring new gyms and studios, always chasing that feeling of being challenged and inspired. I'm also a devoted animal lover with two fur babies — my cat Smooch and my 150-lb Rottweiler, Ruger.
And if you ever want to talk plants, I'm your person-I'm a proud collector of over 100 tropical houseplants and will happily swap tips anytime.
In my classes, expect high energy, a bumpin' playlist, laughter, thoughtful sequencing, and intentional, inspiring messaging. I can't wait to move with you and continue building this community together.
Hope to see you in class!

Jenna Golden
Hi, I'm Jenna!
I'm a Pilates instructor with a deep passion not only for teaching-but for learning from every person who walks into my class. To me, Pilates is more than movement; it's a way to connect with your body, relax your mind, and nourish your soul.
I began my own practice in 2022 and instantly fell in love with the way it made me feel-strong, grounded, and clear. I practiced throughout my entire first pregnancy and truly believe that Pilates, with its focus on mindful movement, kept me healthy, motivated, and mentally centered during those transformative nine months as I prepared to welcome my son.
My mission is to pass that same passion on to you-to create a space where everyone feels empowered, supported, and seen. I aim to shine a light on every body's unique abilities and help you feel your best from the inside out.
I can't wait to see you in class—putting yourself first and moving toward your highest vibration, always.

Lisa Longo
E-RYT 500, YACEP yoga instructor and teacher trainer, STOTT Mat Pilates teacher trained, guided by a simple mantra: you are always one yoga class away from a better mood.
Movement is my passion both on and off the mat. When I am not teaching, I am a proud mama to my beloved Maltese, Betty. I enjoy weight training, reading, running, participating in the Akron Race Series, and discovering music that inspires powerful and meaningful class experiences.
Whether you have practiced with me for years or are stepping into my class for the first time, you will be seen, remembered, and welcomed as family. I value strong leadership, positive energy, and creating an environment where every student feels supported, empowered, and at ease.
My classes balance strength and softness, blending challenging flows, inversions, and arm balances with grounding yin elements. Expect thoughtful themes, moments of self inquiry, and space to receive exactly what you need that day. My intention is always the same: to help every student feel connected, confident, and at home within our sweat equity community.

Gianna Rubino
Hello! I’m Gianna Rubino.
Movement has always been a meaningful part of my life. After 16 years of competitive dance, I developed a strong appreciation for the connection between movement, strength, and confidence. That passion naturally led me to teaching, where I discovered how rewarding it is to help others feel better in their bodies and reach their personal goals.
I began my journey at PeaceCore working at the front desk, which gave me the opportunity to connect with our community from the very beginning. Over time, I grew into my current roles as a Pilates and Barre Instructor and Client Relations Lead, where I love supporting both new and returning clients. Teaching allows me to combine my love for movement with my desire to encourage and uplift others in a positive and welcoming environment.
I am currently attending Kent State University and pursuing a future career in Pediatric Occupational Therapy. My academic background continues to shape my teaching style, with a focus on mindful movement, proper alignment, and building strength in a safe and supportive way.
My goal in every class is to create an encouraging space where clients feel comfortable, motivated, and confident — no matter where they are in their fitness journey. I truly believe movement should be empowering, accessible, and something you can look forward to.
I look forward to seeing you in class!
