Hot Pilates Mat in our Infrared Radiant (IR) heated studio is a total body, low impact, high intensity workout performed in a room warmed to 90 degrees. This intense, cardio mat class will focus on core muscles, building endurance, and cardio vascular health. Come ready to get sweaty!

We go “all out” in this wonderfully intense high energy class.  Unlike any other barre workout, our barreBURN is performed in our state of the art Infrared Radiant (IR) heated studio.

Because you are in a heated room, our focus is on fat burning, toning and detoxifying.  This warm class fuses Barre, Yoga, Ballet and Pilates so come ready to get sweaty and feel the BURN!

 

“Sweaty Balls to Walls” Spring Walls 2.0 (80° IR)

Pilates Spring Walls are combined with toning balls in this total body class with infrared heat (IR). The unique workout involves exercises where you are lying, kneeling and standing. “Cool-LATES” Mat Pilates 1.5

This class is a great addition and compliment to Pilates Reformer classes. Working on the mat requires a deep focus on your entire body. Although the Reformer can offer assistance and spring resistance, mat Pilates requires you to rely solely on your own strength, balance and form. “COREformer” Reformer 2.0

This intense Pilates Reformer class is all about the CORE as it focuses on the “Fab 5” abdominal muscles. Through bending, twisting, sitting and standing, you’ll get your body lean as you firm that belly and help reset your metabolism all while burning fat.
