Why Barre?

Barre classes allow you to use your own body weight for both resistance and endurance. Through small, deliberate repetitive movements, Barre isolates and works unique muscle groups to the point of fatigue, and then stretches them for relief, allowing you to pinpoint and strengthen specific muscle groups such as the abdomen and upper arms.

Weight Loss/Strength

Ever wonder why ballet dancers look so long and lean… it’s because they spend hours each week working (you guessed it) at the BARRE. This means hours working the hips, glutes, core, back and arms, which ultimately results in a strong, lean body.
