Lisa Dodd Conrow

After receiving a degree from KSU in Theatre and Modern Dance, Lisa moved to New York City where she spent 17 years on her wellness journey. She received her Yoga Certifcation from the Sivananda Center and spent years teaching at prestigious NYC establishments such as Equinox, Goldman Sachs and The Harvard Club.

Lisa went on to became a fully Accredited Stott Pilates Instructor / Post Rehab Specialist. Proudly certified in teaching Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, Lisa has been a featured fitness instructor on the Oxygen Network and in Strong Magazine.

After receiving her Health Counseling Certification from Columbia University Teachers College/Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, Lisa moved back to Ohio where she spent years at the Cleveland Clinic Wellness Center in Green developing their Pilates Program.

You can experience Lisa’s fun-loving, caring style in classes ranging from the Peace Studio’s Morning Mantra Yoga to the Core Studio’s Classical Reformer.

 

Greg Schumacher

Greg is a 30-year yoga practitioner who has been teaching for more than 25 years. He has over 1,000 hours of formal yoga teacher training from traditional Hatha Yoga to Vinyasa and is an E-RYT 500 instructor. He specializes in Restorative Yoga and Meditation (nidra, mantra, & mindfulness).

Greg has studied locally with Michael Curtis, Tracy Rhinehart and Marcia Miller and nationally with Judith Lasater (Restorative Yoga) and Stephanie Lopez from the iRest Institute (Yoga Nidra). He is a lifelong student of yoga whose philosophy of yoga is grounded in developing a deeper self-awareness.We are also so excited to announce that Greg completed his Certification in Pilates Reformer with Club Pilates!

You can find Greg teaching wonderfully relaxing classes sometimes by candlelight in our calming, tranquil Peace Studio & of course his amazing strength classes on the Pilates Reformer in our Core Studio!

Kathy Kriebel

Kathy is a lifetime fitness enthusiast, former collegiate gymnast, and certified personal trainer.   As a Dancercise instructor, she worked with Carol Hensel, helping her promote and release records, one of which went gold. 

For the past 30 years she has been employed by Wadsworth Family Physical Therapy, working directly with physical therapist Dr. Vince Whalen. She received her Pilates training from Club Pilates, and is certified in Mat, Reformer, TRX, Exo-Chair, Springboard, Ladder Barrel, Cadillac, Spine Corrector and Trigger Points. 

One of her favorite quotes comes from Joseph Pilates who once said "change happens through movement and movement heals.” You can find Kathy teaching a wide range of challenging and fun Pilates classes in our Core Studio.

 

Jackie Summers

Jackie began her own yoga journey seven years ago, when friends challenged her to a hot power class. She soon discovered that yoga provides not only a vigorous workout, but an opportunity to truly disconnect from the stressors of everyday life and focus solely on breath, movement and just being. Recognizing the physical and mental benefits, Jackie became 2000 RYT certified and began sharing her Yoga practice with her high school students and colleagues through after-school programs. She excited to share her creative, compassionate teaching style with Peace Core members in the Peace Studio.

 

Deneen Wittlinger

Deneen is an AFAA certified Group Exercise instructor, 200 Hour NETA certified Yoga teacher, certified Tabata Bootcamp Trainer, certified Barre and Barre Intensity Instructor, as well as a licensed Zumba Instructor. She has over eleven Years in the Fitness Industry

Deneen has a true passion for Fitness and helping others become a better version of themselves. She wants her students to feel capable of anything! Her advice for beginning a fitness journey is to “trust the process and your body will follow.”

The most exciting place Deneen has practiced Yoga is next to the Gulf of Mexico and hopes one day to practice in Bali! Catch Deneen’s kind and compassionate teaching style in the Peace Studio and Core Studios!

 
 

John Buckner

John is an RYT200 teaching yoga since 2020. He began a yoga journey in 2014 to help with back pain. While it helped with back pain it also gave him so much more. Nearly 400lbs when he started yoga the journey has offered him a weight loss, self-confidence and so much more.

John is very passionate about sharing yoga with everyone. Because of his larger stature he hope to inspire people to take advantage of the amazing benefits of yoga, noting that EVERY BODY IS A YOGA BODY. John is also working on on his Masters Degree in clinical mental health counseling to continue his journey and love for helping other people.

Come enjoy one of his classes on a Friday afternoon where you never know what song will play next. Also, stick around for his restorative yoga class on Sunday where he will slow you down and soothe your soul with calming singing bowls sound and gentle assists.

 

Anna Roberts

Anna Roberts discovered Pilates while earning her B.F.A. in dance at the University of Akron. In 2002 she received her comprehensive certification from Julian Littleford of J.L. Body Conditioning in Del Mar, California. Additionally, she holds certifications in Zumba and ACE group exercise. Anna taught Pilates throughout her professional dance career and now divides her time between teaching ballet and Pilates.

She brings 19 years of experience to her Pilates clients and has helped them rehab from injury as well as obtain their personal fitness goals. When Anna isnʼt teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, and their two dogs, Daisy and Buddy.

Kim O’Reilly

Kim began her yoga practice more than 20 years ago, and has been teaching some type of fitness/lifting class since 1991.  She had 2 young children and found Ashtanga Yoga was a great outlet for both mind and body.  After her 3rd child, she found Steve Ross and began practicing a more vinyasa flow style-mainly from home, with as much class time practice as she could find.  In 2007 a friend took her to Cleveland Yoga and she immediately felt like she was "home."  She practiced there daily for years and in early 2010 went to New York and earned her level 1 Baptiste Certification with Baron Baptiste. 

She came home and immediately began teaching.  Since then she has studied more Ashtanga and completed her primary series A courses.  She received her Level 2 Reiki certification, and her 500 hour yoga teaching certification through Circle Yoga Shala .  

She loves music and wants her classes to be meaningful but light and freeing. You can find her teaching a variety of yoga classes in our Peace Studio.

 

Miranda Starcher

Miranda is a lifetime fitness + wellness enthusiast who started practicing Pilates in 2018. She fell in love with Pilates because of the wide variety of exercises that could be done that were challenging, but could also easily be modified to meet individualized needs.

One of Miranda’s favorite quotes from Joseph Pilates is “The mind, when housed within a healthful body, possesses a glorious sense of power.”

Miranda is trained in Pilates Reformer, Mat and Chair.

 

Autumn Andrella

Autumn, a busy wife and dance mom to three daughters, started her yoga journey in 2017. She sought out Yoga out to find relief from running pain and physiological stress. Quickly discovering all the other benefits to yoga, she was inspired to commit to a daily practice that led to teacher training. She has been completely amazed at her mind and body over the past few years and fosters that attitude in her Hot Power Yoga classes. She encourages and motivates her students to be present and trust they are capable of amazing things. She also enjoys teaching Barre and a little Zumba when she has time. Autumn’s hot yoga classes take place in the Peace Studio its therapeutic Far Infrared Radiant heaters.

 

Karla Hall

Karla is trained in Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga that focuses on alignment, assisting and deep self study. She is also certified in both Aerial Yoga and Ashtanga. Karla loves a hands-on class, and looks forward to offering assists, adjustments and massages during her classes at some point hopefully in the near future! Her aim is to offer soulful classes that are both moving and fulfilling for all her students. Come experience one of Karla’s classes in our Peace Studio!

Caiti Lou Basler

Caiti began her movement journey at age 6 when her parents introduced her to dance! She has continued her dance training into her adult years and became a dance teacher, earning accreditation through Dance Masters of America. Her love of movement brought her to the world of fitness instruction. For nearly 10 years, Caiti has been committed to bringing fitness classes to bodies of all ages and levels. Holding her AFAA-GFI certification in Group Fitness, she’s taught a full range of classes from Zumba to Barre and more. She is proudly a Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned instructor, recognizing that all people deserve the chance to move, regardless of their physical ability or size.

She has appeared in their filmed instructor curriculum, on TV, and has helped launch the program in China, France and Germany. Most recently, Caiti has been pursuing her Pilates reformer certification and is delighted to be bringing such a well rounded form of movement to her teaching repertoire!

Sabrina Didado

Sabrina started her yoga journey at Hoban high school with her volleyball team for weekly training in 2012. She quickly fell in love with the pranayama and meditation aspect of the practice, as well as noticed major strength and agility increases that manifested in her volleyball career.

She has been expanding her practice for years following then. She completed RYT-200 at Yoga Bliss in May 2021.

Sabrina is a curious learner who is always asking questions on how to expand her knowledge of the practice and wants to share her findings with everyone around her.

Sabrina loves Yin and Vinyasa style practices. She wants every student in her class to feel welcomed, loved and powerful.

Anne Lang

Anne started dancing at an early age then discovered Bellydance in 2003. Known for her graceful style, she’s taught and performed throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Sometimes as a solo artist or with different dance troupes such as Dance du Soleil, Gems of Egypt, and Gypsy Soul. She won “best dance troupe” in 2011 at the Pittsburgh Bellydance competition.
